We’re in the Restelo neighbourhood.
The view of Restelo is magnificent, covering the south bank of the Tejo, with the Cristo-Rei, the 25 de Abril Bridge, the sea of straw and the mouth of the river.
Today, Restelo, formerly called Encosta da Ajuda, is one of the pleasant and calm districts of Lisbon. It is a truly passionate part of the city where the Tejo River meets the Atlantic Ocean.
It is a little corner of Lisbon where you can breathe the pure air of the abundant vegetation, where you can dazzle and dream of the huge and exquisite houses and visit buildings of great historical importance.
Situated in the Restelo neighbourhood, this totally renovated house transmits the perfect link between rehabilitation and contemporary architecture, through the recovery of the existing lines with the current materials, which transport us to a sophisticated and sublime environment, with exclusive details that only by being present can we contemplate them.
Always present the amplitude of the interior spaces as well as the exterior, the water element predominates in all its dimension, through the waterfall that transforms itself in the water mirror of the swimming pool, giving continuity to the surroundings of the annexes camouflaged by the three-dimensional green coloured tiles with the landscaped architecture.
Five suites with Hermés decoration, one of them with heat recuperator and a wide and very well organised closet. The living and dining rooms enjoy comfort and distinction. The detail of the hall wall of the stairway is covered with white three-dimensional tiles which connect with the outside walls around the pool, but with the green three-dimensional tile.
The house is surrounded by a courteous and welcoming garden that invites us to enjoy the eminent and subtle pool.
Welcome to the tranquillity in your life.
